Gangamani has never let me down since the many years I have been sourcing Rajasthani craft articles from them. We had a family function y'day and a week before we decided to source gift articles for distribution at the function. At that moment, I remembered Mr.Ravi Rela, Proprietor of Gangamani who helped me choose the article and rates etc on the phone from his home on a sunday. Since the delivery was urgent and to reach me at Mumbai within 5 working days, the order on the factory was issued the same day and work started on that sunday itself. The consignment was delivered to my house on schedule with no sleep lost on anxiety of failure to deliver or quality etc. Full marks for "Committment". The articles were well appreciated by the recipients and there is no better service to God than to make people happy and particularly those you don't know and may not even see.
